On Love and Hate

love hate
“Your question is, ‘Can you talk about the art of nourishing oneself with love?’ There is no art because there is no need of any effort. Love is the nourishment. But humanity has been so confused by its leaders that one does not know the most inner realms of one’s own being. Love is nourishment in itself. The more you love, the more you will find untrodden spaces where love goes on and on spreading around you like an aura. /Osho

What is it about us human beings that causes us to be so judgmental of each other; first seeing the differences between us before seeing the beauty and the sweetness we each carry?

What have we done to anchor such a twisted consciousness on the planet?

Why can’t we take nature as an example? Yes, granted, there are rival species, but they do not usually act violently for the sake of violence itself, but rather to maintain balance and harmony of the Eco-system.

The recent hate crimes waged against Jews both in Israel and the US have me looking at this once again. While I don’t usually write about crimes, I do like to explore how we can all better ourselves, and yes, forgive me, I DO believe and hold the intention that we can create World Peace. I know deep in my heart and soul that this is possible and I would even venture to say that my very cells know this, as if it is a distant memory from times past on this planet or beyond.

Let’s not forget that if there is still war and aggression raging outside of us, then each of us still carries the seeds that create this collective manifestation on the outside, inside of us, again, as a different distant memory and programming.

Me? I choose to work on my own seeds of judgment by meeting with them inside of me and to try to get to their original reasons for coming into being as well as my personal responsibility.

I also try to recognize when I am in judgment of the judges, like being all riled up inside at racists and extremists. It took me a while to realize that hating them back is the same energy of judgment!

I have to say that I am by no means perfect at it yet, but I try to recognize when I am exercising their voices.

If each of us can create an inner agreement with ourselves to at least try to be aware of our own judgmental voices, then we will already be on the path toward the inner and outer peace we all would so love to live in.

One way to create inner peace is by clearing ourselves of energies that do not benefit us. Many of us tend to acquire these wayward energies in our Human Energy Fields by being near people with pain or disease, whether physical, mental or emotional. Even entering a room in which someone was recently angry can be enough for these frequencies to attach to us. No, don’t get freaked out! There is a remedy.
