Do you still have thoughts about someone who has hurt you in the past?
Still trying to shake reacting to it inwardly over and over?
Wishing that you were FREE of these sometimes obsessive thoughts?

I know what you mean! Most of us have experienced tough endings of relationships at one time or another. Many of us still feel the residual insult and frustration when we think of those times.
How great would it be to be FREE of these thoughts and emotions?
I would like to help you with this by inviting you to imagine literally being outside of these situations from the past. By imagining that you are literally outside of the boundaries of the events and seeing yourself separate from them once and for all.
