Do You Lead a Toxic Life Without Knowing It?

Do notice yourself going into spaces of depression, lack of enthusiasm and energy?

Have you noticed if you come home feeling heavy and burdened from certain meetings and places?

Are you conscious of the type of people you associate with?

Do certain foods make you feel heavy and even uneasy?

If you have answer “yes” to any of these questions, then you may want to examine what you are associating with in your life as well as what you are putting into your body!

Many of us are so busy on a day to day basis and don’t always take the time to check in with ourselves, our bodies and our psyche to see how we are doing. When is the last time you asked yourself how you are doing and if there is anything you need? When is the last time you examined the types of people who surround you? Have you ever asked yourself if they are beneficial or harmful to you?

This is not to say that you should be a snob and exclude people from your life because they are not good enough. What I mean is to become aware of who and what in your life is there for you highest good. They are good enough, but maybe not for your upliftment and progress in life.

Who and what is like a balm for your body, mind and soul and who is like a toxin?

What, Rhonda, you might say, are you serious???

Yes, completely serious. Everything and everyone we associate with or touch, affects our vibrational field, which includes our physical body as well. We need to think of what type of energy we are meeting at all times, because, as vibrational beings, others’ vibrations affect us oftentimes without our noticing one way or another. Imagine walking into a noisy room, with garbage strewn everywhere, people talking loudly and music blasting, creating such a cacophony and discomfort that you just can’t stay there. That is what I call disharmony! Dis-harmony, created by vibrations that are NOT attuned with one another.

It’s absolutely the same for our energy fields and bodies. When we expose ourselves to disharmonious vibrations which include people, food and various places, we create a situation in which our fields are constantly trying to recalibrate and balance and to create order.

By looking at each of these aspects of our lives, meaning relationships, food, environment and even history, we give ourselves a good chance to rebalance many aspects of our lives that may have gone unnoticed.

Noticing is the first and most important step.
