5 Ways to Support Our Most Precious Resources: Our Unique Gifts

I’ve noticed over the last few years that it’s not enough, for me at least, to do my work without the support of like minded friends and I even have a need to consciously choose places that will support this as well. It seems to me that as we become more fine- tuned, sensitive, clairvoyant and more intuitive, that there are several things we need to be aware of.

  1. Diet: as we become more sensitive and empathic, I realize that we need to support our bodies in new ways. For me it includes eating more greens, fruits and vegetables, avoiding sugar nearly completely, using mineral rich salt, and drinking quality water. Eating organic food when possible is always a plus. I periodically get muscle checked to make sure that I am eating the optimal food for myself at this time in my development.
  2. Environment: Are you doing your best to keep your home clean and energetically clear? By this I mean to make sure to keep it physically clean and in order and try to energetically clear your space daily, using sage, sound and crystals or just the power of intention. This helps to release stuck, stagnant energy and to create a sense of lightness and flow.  You are welcome to contact me for more detailed information on this.
  3. Exposure to the Media: It’s really easy to get sucked into the constantly hyped up media. I am not discounting the value of the daily news, but am saying that constant exposure to the news and the usually negative content should be balanced. The media would just love us to stay connected at all times. If we can create periods of quiet from the entire outside stream of information, we can develop a more balanced inner and outer environment, clearing our minds to stay focused and calm.
  4. Tuning In: create a daily practice in which you can connect and listen to your own inner guidance, desires and feelings. This is a wonderful way to cultivate your unique gifts and to connect to your creative flow. Keep a journal, sing, breath or meditate.
  5. Exercise: in order to maintain and improve mental and intuitive capacities, we must  treat our physical bodies well and flow with the changes happening as a result of the vibrational upgrade we are all experiencing. This means that we must make sure our bodies get enough exercise and stay energetic and flexible.
