This past Friday was Valentine’s Day, One Billion Rising AND World Sound Healing Day.
I had the joy of co-facilitating a Sound Process with my dear friend Prema Shakti as part of the Global Sound Meditation, in which we dropped into our Hearts and Sounded together, creating a delicious sense of Oneness and Unity. This space reminds us that we come from Love and Collaboration at our core.
I truly believe that every time we enter into this realm, we heal our world more and more. I feel that the more of us engaging in this kind of activity together, the more the collective field resonates with it too.
The more we engage in this non-verbal, very fundamental inner space while being in deep connection with each other, the more we upgrade the overall vibration not only in our own energy field, but in the collective field as well.
