3 Dynamite Ways to Care for Our Evolving Bodies

We live in times of vast change, on the biological physical level as well. Many of us are experiencing new nutritional needs as well as the need to care for our bodies in new ways. This is a result of the shifting biology we are now experiencing. Some of us may think it’s a result of ageing. I would like to think that it is a result of our changing perception and our changing physical make up as a result.

Our thoughts create everything around us, even including our bodies. We can think ourselves into illness or wellness. The choice is obvious, the means to do so not always so clear.

The most important thing is to create a slight, gentle shift in one or all of the following areas. Use your intuition and body sense to determine which of them are right for you:

  1. Ask yourself if your nutrition is optimal for your physical and emotional needs. Do you have mood swings? Is your energy level erratic, up now, and really low later? Do you have digestive or joint problems? Do you have a serious condition such as cancer, autoimmune disease and the like? If you have ANY of these, consider going to a practitioner who can test you to see what is optimal for you to eat and begin to shift these conditions. A practitioner who can muscle test you or use state of the art diagnostic devices can help you with this. (Ask me about food sensitivity muscle testing, which we can set up).
  2. Manage Stress. Do you meditate or do some kind of conscious activity to get relief from day to day stress? Do you have a hobby? Do you dance, sing, play and instrument? What takes you out of your mind? What brings you to a place of inner peace? What is your belief system in terms of the divine, spirituality, God?
  3. Cleanse Your Body and Soul. Do you get massages? Do you do cleanses? Do you make sure to rid yourself of unnecessary toxins, whether physical or emotional? Are you exposing yourself to chemicals, materials or people that are toxic in your life? What does your house look and feel like? Is it light or does it feel constricting and heavy? Consider becoming proactive in this area! Check to see if you have been just floating around, allowing life to take you, whether optimal or not, or if there are things or people that need to be removed from your experience.

All three of these things are important because we are so interconnected with each other and our environment. Everything we think, see, hear, touch or remember has a profound effect on our inner experience and even our biology. If we can consciously be aware of these things and periodically check in to see where we stand, we will enrich and simplify our lives tremendously.
