rushing
Do you find yourself rushing incessantly?

Do you live by the correct internal pace for you or do you exceed your own inner rhythm?

Do you take the time to attune to your inner flow?

Whoa, so take a minute to just breathe and listen in.
You may be creating discord mentally, emotionally and physically, including knocking your hormones way off balance.

Our hormones govern so many processes in the body, including protecting us from overextending ourselves, cancer, heart disease and so much more.
We often fail to notice how off balance we are, ignoring the subtle aches and pains of everyday life.

But wait a minute, when is the last time you really took a moment to deeply listen in?

When is the last time you sat on the ground to connect to the frequency of the Earth?

When is the last time your mind slowed down enough for you to become aware of the subtleties of your thoughts and sensations?

So I guess by now that you can see where I am going with this. We in western society live in a very fast paced world of constant stimulation and change, not to mention the Planet’s change and pace. We can end up breathless, asking ourselves what it’s all about, feeling flooded but empty of the more essential joys and content of life.

My suggestion is to schedule time for self care, to literally electrically ground our bodies to the frequency of the Earth and to allow our systems; especially our nervous systems, to come back to a sense of deep regulation.

This is itself can get our endocrine system, the system responsible for our hormones, on its way to balance.

Other factors to take into consideration for hormonal balancing are diet, getting adequate sleep, reducing the intake of stimulants and creating order in your life.

On this note, I would like to invite you to a 30 minute complementary “Live Your Dream” Visioning Session in which we will create order as a framework for your inner harmony as well as physical, mental and emotional balancing. Just drop me a line with your time zone and we’ll set it up: http://box5656.temp.domains/~rhondaea/contact-us/

Stephen Dinan of The Shift Network, has put out a call for Prayer for Syria. The violence in Syria is heartbreaking as women, children and elderly alike are dying and over 2 million people are now refugees. It is time for people around the world to stand together and appeal to the leaders of all factions to seek nonviolent solutions.
