There’s nothin’ there to hide”/ Bryan Adams

How do you make decisions in your life?

Do you immediately consult with others?

Do you look inside?

Do you do a little of each?
I had a funny little “inner” incident like this myself recently.

I was very graciously asked to do an introduction to my Shamanic Sound Healing workshop in the Jordan Valley, at a new healing center.
“Great!” I thought, I will get exposure in this new geographical area and eventually join the center and contribute to its offerings.
I was asked to create a syllabus for a 4 week workshop with 4 one and half hour sessions. It seemed okay, but when I finally started to plan it, I had this nagging feeling that it would be so much work and I couldn’t find a consistent time block that I could plug into.

Then I had the idea to offer a longer block of time all at once to create an intensive, one day or half day process to allow people to deepen into the material. This felt good, but it was not among the possibilities offered to me as presenter.

So I called to owner and asked her what she thought of my idea.

She was thrilled! She hadn’t thought of this possibility and immediately said that she would check it out and price it accordingly.

I learned yet again a valuable lesson in listening to my Heart and following the impulse it was sending me.

It feels really good and that nagging feeling is gone!

I have learned over and over again, that when I am in a place of clarity and coherence, all of the right answers come to me from within, because my vessel is clear and flowing. It is not muddied with my past conditionings, opinions, judgments or doubts.
When we are in this place, communication with others is effortless and clear and what we share with them is easy for them to receive.
It helps us speak the language of the other person clearly, without emotional baggage and stress.

So the trick is how to get to this place, right? The trick is first to recognize that little tug of discomfort being played out inside, telling us that something is not exactly settled. It can feel as if the issue being dealt with is heavy, or an effort, or that you are trying to please someone else and overriding your own comfort.

It’s not that venturing out of your comfort zone is out of the question, not at all. It’s more like a sense of discomfort that doesn’t let up. There is no sense of adventure, just that almost imperceptible tug.

I am glad that I could feel it and honor it!

So if you’d like some help identifying the tugs and learning how to come to a sense of flow and coherence, then drop me a line and I’ll help you get started with my 30 minute complementary “Look into your Heart” session and we’ll set it up: http://rhondaeagle.com/contact-us/
